With decades of experience in holistic healing as a Crystal Healing and Reiki Master, I am truly passionate about helping people achieve balance, harmony, and serenity in their lives. Despite the challenges I faced in my childhood, my unwavering spirit clung to the incredible power of manifestation and the belief that thoughts can shape reality. Leafs Practice
In my practice as a Crystal Healer and Reiki Master, I believe that everything in the universe is interconnected and vibrates with unique energy. This means that every thought, emotion, and action has a ripple effect, influencing the world around us and within us. Our bodies, minds, and spirits are part of a larger energy system that includes everything from the tiniest atom to the farthest star. Healing starts with understanding and harmonising these vibrations.
Crystals, each with their different purpose and vibrations, serve as powerful conduits for this energy. Each crystal vibrates at a specific frequency and, when used with intention, can help balance and align our own energy fields. By placing crystals on or around the body, I facilitate chakra alignment and balance, promoting physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
Reiki complements this by channelling universal life force energy, clearing blockages, and restoring the free flow of energy throughout the body. This ancient practice harnesses the boundless energy that permeates all existence, guiding it where it is most needed to support the body's natural ability to heal itself.
Manifestation is another vital aspect of my philosophy. By aligning our thoughts and emotions with our deepest desires, we can attract positive outcomes and experiences into our lives. Through focused intention and visualisation (which is still possible even if, like me, you cannot actually visualise!), we can harness the power of our vibrational energy to manifest our goals and dreams, transforming our inner and outer worlds.
I view every client as a unique individual on their own harmonising and vibrational healing journey, deserving of respect, compassion, and personalised care. My role is to assist in this journey, providing a safe, nurturing environment where true healing can occur. I aim to empower my clients, helping them to recognise their own inner strength and the incredible healing potential that lies within.
